For a diagnostic, yes, because the scope is fixed and the method is rehearsed. The two weeks of effort are delivered within a six-week calendar window, so interviews and document access fit around your operation. It is deliberately not enough for implementation. That boundary is the point.
No. The Review is remote-first and built around documents, interviews and systems review. Where badge access and scheduling allow, an on-site block strengthens the findings, but it is optional by design.
